Hi Everyone
Here are the 5 simple steps to transforming yourself and getting well from IBD:
1. Cultivate a determination and belief you can be well again. Look at my example and be inspired by it.
2. Read the Your Gut Feeling book.
3. Listen to Geoffrey's or my relaxation session once every other day.
4. Listen to and participate full-on with the Rewind Technique recording. Play full out and monitor how you feel after a few days. If necessary do it again and really go to the max with it.
5. Be conscious of your breathing and your thoughts. Make sure your breathing is steady, slower and deeper. Entertain only positive pleasant thoughts. If you find yourself arguing in your mind, ask if it's doing you any good.
Go for it ... others have and have gotten better ... now it's your turn ... you can do it!
